Return Policy
CANCELLATION
We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. The order refund request will be processed if product has not shipped. We DO NOT accept order cancellation if the product has shipped out. Allow 15-days for processing return funds.
RETURNS/REPLACEMENT
EarthLightLED must be notified within 5 days of customer’s receipt of merchandise damaged in shipment. UPS or other Freight company must be shown damaged box and it must be noted when signing the packing slip provided with the shipment. Customer is responsible for paying all Return Freight outbound and inbound to customer, except for the following: 1. Error or miss-shipment by EarthLightLED; 2. Defective product reported by customer within 5 days of receipt. Customer has the right to apply for a return if the product is delivered
with manufacturing defects. Please contact us with the return request within 5 days after delivery of the product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact info@Earthlightled.com for the exact return address before shipping it back. (Note: we will not accept returns without our prior approval.)
We cannot exchange items unless they are defective or damaged.
Note: A 15% restocking fee is to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product ordered by error by customer.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. After a mutual confirmation your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card, or original method of payment, within 15 days.
